Cancellation Policy

20% cancellation charge if cancelled 30 days or more before the date of arrival.

30% cancellation charge if cancelled between 30 to 7 days before the date of arrival.

50% cancellation charge if cancelled within 7 days but more than 48 hours before check-in time on the arrival date.

100% cancellation charge if cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in time.

For bookings made during Diwali, Christmas, or any blackout dates, cancellations are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Confirm your itinerary & bookings in advance to avoid last-minute changes.

Carry valid ID proof (Passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar, or Driving License) for check-ins and permits.

Pack according to the destination’s climate — warm layers for hill stations, light cottons for deserts, and comfortable footwear for sightseeing.

Keep emergency contacts & important documents (IDs, tickets, vouchers) both digitally and physically.

Follow local customs & traditions — respect dress codes in temples, forts, and religious sites.

Stay hydrated and carry personal medication, especially during long journeys or high-altitude trips.

Reach pick-up points on time to ensure smooth transfers and sightseeing schedules.

Don’t overpack — light luggage makes travel more comfortable and flexible.

Don’t engage in prohibited activities like littering, plucking flowers in protected areas, or disturbing wildlife.

Don’t consume alcohol or smoke in restricted zones or religious sites.

Don’t ignore safety instructions from guides or drivers, especially during safaris, trekking, or adventure sports.

Don’t leave valuables unattended in hotel rooms or vehicles — use lockers whenever available.

Don’t expect itinerary changes on the spot — last-minute alterations may not be possible due to permits, timing, or availability.

Don’t forget travel insurance — it’s highly recommended for long or adventurous trips.
Before Your Trip

Check latest travel advisories and state-specific COVID-19 guidelines before departure.

Carry a double mask or N95 mask, hand sanitizer (minimum 60% alcohol), and personal water bottle.

Get vaccinated (as per government norms) and carry your vaccination certificate — digital or printed.

Avoid traveling if you have symptoms like fever, cough, or difficulty breathing — reschedule your trip.
During Transfers & Sightseeing

Wear a mask at all times in public places, vehicles, and enclosed spaces.

Maintain social distancing of at least 1 meter wherever possible.

Use sanitizer after touching surfaces like railings, counters, or public seating.

Follow seating arrangements provided by the driver/guide to avoid crowding.
At Hotels & Restaurants

Temperature checks & sanitization will be conducted at entry points.

Contactless check-in/check-out will be preferred.

Room sanitization will be done before your arrival.

Opt for digital menus and avoid buffet crowding — choose served meals when possible.
General Precautions
